OFFICIAL NATIONAL AND REGIONAL PISCO COMPETITIONS 2005 – 2019
ABOUT US
In the Majes Valley, ancient pre-Inca cultures left their legacy carved in stone: symbols, customs, and beliefs that still whisper through the furrows and winds.
Among them, the parrot—an illustrious guest of the valley—stood out for its vibrant and wise presence. Our winery honors that legacy. Cepas de Loro was born as a tribute to those ancestral roots that inspire us, shaping our image and a name with memory. Pisco, from the Quechua word pishku, means bird. A word that flies from the past and lands in every glass.

PROCESS
Nothing is improvised. Nothing is rushed. At Viña de Pitis, the process is as important as the result, because that's where true quality is forged. Every drop of Cepas de Loro is a faithful reflection of the land, the climate, the tradition, and the mastery that inhabits it. Cepas de Loro is born from the fermentation and distillation of fresh musts, guided by hands that understand patience, precision, and the living matter they work with. It is a meticulous and artisanal process, where 7 of the 8 varieties of pisco grapes are distilled with dedication, preserving the sensory richness and diversity of a Pisco that is, above all, authentic.
